DAY 01 | ARRIVE IN MUSCAT
Arrival at Muscat international airport Upon arrival meet and greet after the immigration formalities. Transfer to the Hotel (standard check in time 1400 hrs.)

DAY 02 | IN MUSCAT
0730 hrs. – After early breakfast we will proceed to visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in Oman, and one of the most popular places to visit in Muscat. Accommodating up to a stupendous 20,000 worshippers at a time, the structure features a blend of various architectural styles, which is highlighted by its beautiful décor and the spectacular crystal chandeliers and handmade Persian rugs here, which are some of the largest in the world (FRIDAY CLOSED)
Notes: Grand Mosque is open from Saturday to Thursday from 0800 – 1100 hrs only (last entry at 10:30 hrs). Ladies visiting the mosque are required to cover their head with scarf and do not wear shorts, beachwear or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered. Also need to be covered from head to toe. Men are also to be full covered, though short sleeve shirts are allowed for men. Slip on shoes recommended as one has to remove to enter the mosque
We will proceed to half day Muscat city tour starting our tour with Bait Al Zubair
Bait Al Zubair is a private museum funded by the Zubair family, one of the oldest families of the Sultanate. The cultural space not only showcases beautiful artworks and artefacts, but also hosts events. The centre displays the family’s collection of Omani artefacts, which is the finest that is privately owned. With its growing collection, Bait al Zubair now houses one of the largest heritages and permanent art collections in the country and serves as a real window on Oman’s rich heritage and culture.
Later proceed to Al Alam Palace (Photo stop only – entry not allowed). Al Alam Palace, also known as Sultan’s Palace and the Sultan Qaboos Palace, is one among the six royal residences of Sultan Qaboos located in Muscat. It looks out to the Gulf of Oman. The ruling monarch’s residence was built in 1972 which holds a history of 200 years.
Later in the afternoon for Twilight Dhow Cruise
Marina to embark on a relaxed dhow (fishermen’s boat) cruise. See Muscat coast through the eyes of ancient seafarers who plied this route for centuries. Have a brief stop at a natural cove. Photograph the spectacular Al Bustan Palace Hotel before we return to the Marina for the transfer to the hotel.
Evening proceed for dinner at the local restaurant followed by transfer to hotel

DAY 03 | MUSCAT – NIZWA
0830 hrs.; – After breakfast at hotel you will drive to Nizwa and upon arrival in Nizwa we will make you visit the Round tower Fort followed by Nizwa Souq.
Nizwa Fort is standing in the centre of the massive round Nizwa Fort tower it is easy to understand why this is
the most visited national monument in Oman. Its tower remains the largest round tower in Arabia at 45 metres in diameter and 34 metres tall.
Nizwa souq bustles with vendors selling everything from meat, fish, fruits and vegetables to spices, dates, gold and silverware. Nizwa is renowned for its silver jewelry which is the best in the country. Its people are masters in Khanjar making (curved dagger),
Then continue to Visit of Jabreen fort and the village of Al Hamra famous for its date plantations. Visit the ruins of an old village at Tanuf with its crumbling mud walls and serene atmosphere.

DAY 04 | NIZWA – WAHIBA
0800 hrs: After breakfast we proceed to Wahiba via Sinaw and Ibra.
Afterwards drive to Mintrib and get into 4WD vehicle to start adventure drive drive. The Wahiba Sands is homeland of The Bedouin families, tribe of the Wahiba breed goats and high-priced racing camels. By 4WD vehicle drive enjoy the roller coaster dunes of the Wahiba Sand and perhaps you may visit a Bedouin family. The overnight stay in a Camp is an unforgettable Experience!
Proceed to Wadi Bani Khalid is another mind-blowing wadi, located in the Al Sharqiya region in eastern Oma. This wadi is distinguished by its caves that are scattered around its corners and large pools that have a constant flow of water throughout the year. Wadi Bani Khalid lies in between several magnificent mountains and crosses through several villages.
Continue your drive to Wahiba & Check in at the camp
Then continue your drive to Wahiba sands. The Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sand and dunes rising up to 200 meters are also host to a variety of flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. Experience a roller coaster like feeling. Enjoy stunning sunset views at the desert.

Overnight stay at hotel in Camp
DAY 05 | WAHIBA – MUSCAT
After breakfast we will check out from hotel and before heading towards Muscat and upon arrival transfer to Muscat airport to board your flight for onward destination
